4. Delivery Delays
A PRICE shall not be liable for delays caused by:

- Force majeure events
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect addresses may be recovered from the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must report damaged or missing shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and documentation may be required.
7. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without valid reason, shipping and return logistics charges may be deducted from any refund.
